Raffle Time

So the raffle took place late last night. And the winner is...Drum roll please...Jami Bushman! Congratulations. The estimated completion date is Nov. 7th. This drawing has taken a little bit more time than usual to complete. Thanks to all who have posted on their blogs. It has really helped me to get my name out. Please visit often. I did this drawing for my brother and his wife. I had a lot of fun doing it. These girls are the cutest! I did this back in 2004 when they were about 2 years old (I think).

This is my most recent project (2008). It was an anniversary gift for Andrea. She loved this picture so much. When she made it into a black and white photo, I thought it would make a great drawing. It turned out really nice.

I did this picture back in 2003. It was the first drawing that I did for Andrea. We were dating and I wanted to do something really special for her. It has been hanging in our home for years and we love it so much.

This picture was done in 2006 for a Christmas gift after Caleb was born. I took three pictures of Caleb and made them into this collage.

Winnie the Pooh and friends

This picture was done for Caleb when he was born. I decided early on that he was going to like Winnie the Pooh. You may think this was a painting, but in reality it is colored pencils. Pictures like this can also be completed for you. Please contact me for more details.

High School

The following pictures were done between 1999-2002. I did them all durning my High School days. I was accepted into the AP Art class at Mountain View High School. This allowed me to submit my work and get College Credit. It also afforded me the opportunity to compete in art contests around the state.

This picture was taken out of a newspaper article. I named it "Chester Calvert". It has won numerous awards around the state. It was my first attempt at doing a dot drawing. It was very challenging, but the rewards have been worth it.
